Non-compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018:

  • Some images do not have a name or contain a generic alternative description, which fails to meet requirement 9.1.1.1 of the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard (Non-text content).
  • Some pre-recorded videos may not include subtitles, failing to meet requirement 9.1.2.2 (Subtitles – pre-recorded).
  • Some pre-recorded videos do not have audio description or alternative media, violating requirements 9.1.2.3 and 9.1.2.5.
  • On certain pages, data, structures, and relationships are not properly programmed or do not have a text alternative (Requirement 9.1.3.1 – Information and relationships).
  • On some pages, color alone is used as the main visual means to convey information, indicate actions, prompt responses, or identify visual elements, failing to meet requirement 9.1.4.1 – Use of color.
  • On certain pages, there may be duplicate attributes and identifiers (Requirement 9.4.1.1 – Processing).
  • User interface elements, such as components, links, or script-generated elements, do not follow the recommended accessibility structure (Requirement 9.4.1.2 – Name, role, value).
  • In some forms, personal data fields do not have the purpose of data collection defined (Requirement 9.1.3.5 – Identification of the purpose of data collection).
  • On some pages, the color contrast between text and images may not meet the minimum required ratio of 4.5:1 (Requirement 9.1.4.3 – Minimum contrast).
  • In user interface elements and graphics, the contrast difference with the background may not reach 3:1 (Requirement 9.1.4.11 – Non-text contrast).
